Adults, give child one (1) teaspoon (5 mL)(0.16 fl. oz.) once per day as a multivitamin and mineral supplement. It may be taken directly or mixed with fruit juice, cereal or with food. Not recommended for children under two years of age. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you and your children take with your health care providers. Other Ingredients: Purified water, vegetable glycerin, mixed fruit concentrate (pear, peach, pineapple), red grape concentrate, blueberry concentrate, natural mixed berry flavor, natural blueberry flavor, xanthan gum, citric acid, [sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (preservative)].
